About Kalla "Kallie" McLaughlin
The Vision
Kallie McLaughlin has spent the past five years serving the Wyandotte County community as an Urban Planner, helping business owners and residents navigate the often complex and frustrating development process. Her role gave her a unique, front-row view of the challenges facing our neighborhoods — from outdated policies and red tape to community concerns that were too often overlooked.
Instead of waiting for change, Kallie decided to pursue it. She’s committed to addressing the root causes of these issues and pushing for the practical, people-focused solutions Wyandotte County needs to achieve real, lasting progress.
